Spending time in Kamarinn Cafe felt like a quick get-away from the city. Overlooking the Paoay Lake, dining here also means enjoying it with the most beautiful sunsets. Even on a slightly gloomy day, the lake view was still stunning.
It’s also a very well-ventilated area. You get fresh air coupled with the owner’s menagerie of plants in the dining area. Enjoy classic Ilocos Norte cuisine and experimental dishes which are playful takes on the latter. Their Palabok Custard was surprisingly good! Also enjoyed the Okra fried rice, and stir-fried Wild Eggplants until we finished it off with Inkalti, their staple dessert.
It also gets even better when you check out the view deck!
